TO UNDERSTAND CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS, SEE LOUISIANA PAR RESEARCH

             The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana offers on its web site an in-depth analysis of proposed amendments to the Louisiana State Constitution on the Nov. 8 and Dec. 10 ballots. The research council is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that serves as a government watchdog and analyzes the impact of public policy measures – such as the proposed state amendments.
