JEFF TALK to Focus on Children in Need – 7 p.m. Thurs., April 27

          Jefferson Parish Democrats will present a special Jeff Talk Facebook Livestream show at 7 p.m. Thursday, exploring the needs of neglected and abused children in our community – and how we can help them.

          Our expert guest will be Ramona Graham, coordinator for the Jefferson Parish Court-Appointed Special Advocate Program. Graham is a passionate advocate for adoptions and foster care, recognized nationally as an AdoptUSKids spokesperson for the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services. She’s a mother of three, including an adopted daughter, and was recently honored by the Jefferson Parish Democratic Executive Committee as a 2023 Community Service Award-winner.
