Donald Trump is not a victim of selective political persecution, he’s a victim of his own massive, authoritarian, unconstitutional, anti-democratic law-breaking at a level that Americans have never seen in a president or ex-president or anyone else since 1776. And he hasn’t even been charged yet with inciting sedition in the Jan. 6 Capitol Building riot.

I know this post won’t change already decided hearts and minds, but I hope some folks can step back and think … FDR … Eisenhower … JFK … Reagan … George W. … Obama. Agree or not with them politically, they cared about America. Trump only cares about himself. He proves it every time he opens his mouth. I’d rather post about grandkids, but I don’t feel like sitting quietly and staring at the TV while he exhorts his followers to take to the streets once more.

He’s a pathological criminal who has spawned others equally dangerous to America. Instead, we need leaders who will care about our Constitution and our laws and put America first. Wonder what Gen. Eisenhower would think of The Donald?
