IMPORTANT NOTICE: As per Chair Trey Mustian, we now have an at-large vacancy on the Jefferson Parish Democratic Executive Committee. The qualifications for appointment to that vacancy are being a registered Democrat, living in Jefferson Parish, having attended 2 consecutive meetings and submission of a letter of intent to request appointment to the committee, along with a resume or bio. We hope to vote on an appointment for this open seat at our August meeting. Letters of intent and resumes/bios should be emailed to the attention of Trey Mustian at treymustian@gmail.com.

JPDEC will be conducting officer elections at our July meeting, scheduled July 20, 2021. All offices will be elected: Chair, First Vice Chair ( Endorsements committee chair, must be different gender than JPDEC Chair), Second Vice Chair (Public Relations), Third Vice Chair (Fundraising), Secretary, Treasurer, Parliamentarian and Sergeant at Arms.
