JPDEC-endorsed runoff candidate Mark Spears (Justice of the Peace, 2nd Justice Court) will participate in our next Jeff Talk at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, joining Allen Borne (Public Service Commission candidate) and Sharlayne Jackson-Prevost (2nd Parish Judge candidate). The runoff election is Dec. 5 but early voting is open now Nov. 20 through Nov. 28 (excluding Sunday Nov. 22, Thursday Nov. 26 and Friday Nov. 27) from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Early voting locations are the Yenni Building (East Bank) at 1221 Elmwood Pk. Blvd., Jefferson; Kenner-Rivertown (East Bank) at 408 Minor St., Kenner; and the Odom Service Center (West Bank) at 5001 West Bank Expwy, Marrero.
