Peter Robins-Brown and former Times-Picayune political columnist Robert Mann, a professor who holds the Manship Chair at LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication. They’ll share views on what fair voting districts should look like, frankly assess whether legislators are playing political games in the special session that ends Feb. 20, and give advice on how to lobby key legislators.
