JPDEC to Meet via Zoom at 7 p.m. Feb. 15, 2022, Consider Kenner Candidates

The Jefferson Parish Democratic Executive Committee will meet Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, at 7 p.m. via Zoom. The link appears below along with the agenda. This meeting will include consideration of candidates for mayor, chief of police, and Council District 1 in the City of Kenner. We have invited candidates in those races to participate. JPDEC will not endorse any Republican candidates for mayor or police chief but will determine whether to recommend voter consideration of any of those candidates. The Council District 1 race has four Democratic candidates. After hearing from them, JPDEC will consider an endorsement.
